Liselotte Munk

Chief Executive Officer

Liselotte has over 25 years of experience in the Insurance Industry with leveraging Technology to create client value. Prior to joining Fadata, Liselotte was Industry General Manager for North and Central Europe at DXC. Her main responsibility was to grow the business by becoming a Thought Leader in digital transformation for the Insurance industry. During her time at DXC she has collaborated with strategic partners such as IBM, Microsoft and Amazon.

Kirsten Skarnvad

Chief Commercial Officer

Kirsten joined Fadata in 2023 and has been instrumental in driving the company’s commercial growth and deepening client engagement globally.

As Chief Commercial Officer, she leads Fadata’s global commercial organisation, focused on strengthening strategic customer partnerships, expanding market presence, and enabling insurers to accelerate transformation and sustainable growth.

With extensive experience in enterprise insurance technology, Kirsten previously served as VP Client Engagement at Insurance Business Applications, where she led customer-centric growth initiatives and built long-term value-driven relationships across international markets.

Antoaneta Karagyozova

Chief Professional Services Officer

Antoaneta is an accomplished leader with more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Her primary focus at Fadata is effective planning and resource management and supporting the customers with strategic initiatives that enable them to transform their businesses.

Apart from ensuring successful implementations, she is committed to developing a strong and standardized support model and a digital learning platform for both customers and partners.

Rasmus Lynge

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Rasmus is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of management experience in the financial services industry.

His primary focus at Fadata is driving growth and establishing transformative programs that will support the performance and success of Fadata's customers.

Before joining the company, Rasmus held the role of Executive Vice President at the Danish financial supermarket Alm. Brand. His previous experience includes executive-level positions at the Scandinavian insurance company Tryg and the German Provinzial insurance. Besides these roles, Rasmus has also filed for Board positions in software companies, including Chairman of Nobly.

Milen Glushkov

Chief Financial Officer

Milen has over 20 years of financial experience in the banking, insurance and IT sectors.

Prior to joining Fadata, he has held various positions within the DZI Insurance (part of KBC Group), the most recent being CFRO and Executive Director. Milen has an MBA degree from Vlerick Business School in Belgium and a Master's in Accounting from UNWE, Bulgaria. He is also a member of ACCA, United Kingdom.

In June 2015, Milen was awarded the EY prize 'CFO of the Year 2015' in the Planning and Budgeting. He then went on to receive the Global CFO Excellence Award in “IT Solutions CFO of the Year 2019 - Balkans & Best Insurance Software Provider 2019 – Europe.”

Katrine Hertz Ostergaard

Chief People Officer

Katrine has 20 years of commercial and leadership experience from different industries such as financial services, software and MedTech.

Her primary focus at Fadata as Chief People Officer is people and culture, creating the foundation for Fadata’s growth thanks to skilled people, meticulous recruiting and continuous employee and leadership development.

Prior to joining Fadata, Katrine has led digital transformation and built successful teams in several global companies. She has also held leadership positions within Marketing & Communications at MedTech company Demant, software company Deltek and Saxo Bank.
